Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

Coverage:

 

This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the duration of the original purchaser's life, provided the product has not been damaged or subjected to abuse.

 

Warranty Process:

  • Within the First Year:
    • In case of a defect, customers are eligible for a product exchange or repair within the first year of purchase with a complimentary shipping label. ( "The warranty becomes effective upon the date of purchase, but after one year from that date, this feature will expire.")
    • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process and receive a complimentary return shipping label.
    • We ask our customers to please place the product in its entirety (belt and battery) in a box the same size or equivalent to the one it was packaged in.
    • Receiving the belt bent, rolled up, or squished into a box will render the warranty void and null. 
    • The returned product will be replaced with a new one upon verification of the defect.
    • If the product is in good standing, we will not initiate the exchange and send you your belt back free of cost.
  • After the First Year:
    • For defects identified after the first year of purchase, customers are eligible for a product exchange, but they are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
    • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process and receive instructions on how to arrange and cover the return shipping.
    • We ask our customers to please place the product in its entirety in a box the same size or equivalent to the one it was packaged in.
    • Receiving the belt bent, rolled up, or squished into a box will render the warranty void and null. 
    • The returned product will be replaced with a new one upon verification of the defect.

Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, alteration, or any unauthorized repairs. Signs of such abuse will void the warranty.

 

Nullification of Warranty:

  • An inability to send your defective belt in its entirety (belt and battery) will result in the nullification of your warranty privileges.

  • If a customer initiates three exchanges within a three-month period, the warranty for the product will be considered null and void. This includes both exchanges within the first year and those occurring after the first year.

  • If we receive the belt or any product, crushed, rolled up, or stuffed into a box, this will result in a nullification of your warranty. 

 

Conditions for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange under this Warranty, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Return the defective product with all original accessories and packaging.
  • Ensure the product has not been subjected to abuse or unauthorized modifications.

General Terms:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time, but such changes will not affect warranty claims for products purchased before the effective date of the changes.

Please note that we have the right to update or change this warranty policy as necessary. Any modifications or updates will be communicated to our customers in a timely manner. Your continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
