Love these insoles

These felt very good to me in my winter boots and I have problems from my heel to the end of my big toes. I didn't notice any "springiness" but definitely less jarring at the heels. I have to get cortisone injections in the balls of my feet every six months. I did notice that they didn't feel quite as padded as the ones I bought from my foot doctor. Don't take that as your final word though. In boots instead of sneakers I might have felt a bit of fore foot pain with them or any other insole but it still brought the pain level down. There are a couple of other brands in this price range that I have tried and I absolutely cannot wear them in a boot or even sneakers except for short jaunts. Therefore if you have good feet, you should love these and if your problems are minor, this may help them. Otherwise, find a good podiatrist and get a diagnosis FIRST. Then resign yourself to paying $30-$40 for insoles with good arch support and padding. Then start wearing $$$ running shoes when possible. You may save yourself from surgery or custom orthotics later.

These Inserts are saving my feet! I am a full figured lady, pushing close to 300 pounds, and I am in need of a really good support. I stand all day at work in the hospital, so I'm basically standing on concrete) and I really don't sit down.
